It works on every mailbox you add. You make the decisions. RLC does the groundwork.
Every thread ranked by the cost of leaving it unanswered
The tasks inside every thread, with their dates, in one list
A thread’s emails sit in a stack, newest on top; click to bring up the next
Describe how you write from each mailbox, and its drafts follow that style
A chat that answers from your email and shows the threads behind each answer
Up to three drafts written for the thread’s goal; pick one and edit it
Pick any thread with @ or the Ask button and ask about it
Describe it in one line, and RLC drafts the subject and body
Mail arrives all night, and it all looks the same. RLC reads every thread and sorts it into three piles: what to answer, what to do and what to skim. Each pile comes with what you need to close it.
Threads waiting on your reply, ranked by the cost of leaving them unanswered, each with up to three drafts written for its goal.
Every figure comes from the demo’s own mail. Six mailboxes, twenty-six emails, eighteen threads. RLC ranked every thread and decided what to do with it: ten need your reply, three need none, three went to the digest, and two are waiting on someone else. Open the demo and check for yourself.

The Ask button in a thread attaches it to the chat, and @ picks any thread by its subject. Below each answer are the threads it draws on.

Without your key, nobody can read them from the database. Not even us. An email is readable only while it is being processed: the server and the assistant read it in memory, and then it is encrypted. If you turn on background processing (a separate switch on each mailbox), the server keeps that mailbox’s app password so it can fetch mail while you are offline.
From Gmail, Outlook, Yandex, iCloud, Mail.ru or any IMAP server
The assistant reads itThe server processes it in memory: priority, summary, tasks. The plain text is not stored
Encrypted with your keyWithout your key nobody can read it from the database, not even us
Left unencryptedWith a passkey, backup password or recovery key
You create the keyIn your browser
Your keyUnder your key
Your emails and everything derived from them: subjects, texts, recipients, summaries, tasks, thread goals, chats, attachments, search vectors. Without your passkey, backup password or recovery key they cannot be read from the database, not even by the service owner.
Only the bookkeeping is unencrypted
Dates, priority scores, statuses and counters. Nothing else is stored unencrypted.
The key is yours
It is made in your browser and unlocked with a passkey, a backup password or a recovery key. Lose all three and nobody can read the mail.
All your mailboxes in one client. Gmail, Yandex, Mail.ru, Outlook, iCloud or any server with IMAP and SMTP. Each mailbox has its own colour and its own assistant voice.
Your mailboxes
Read one mailbox, or all of them together. Each has its own colour, on the map and in the list.
The assistant’s voice
Describe what the mailbox is for and how you write from it, and the assistant drafts replies in that style.
Connect
Enter the address: RLC detects the provider and links to its setup guide and app password page.
Plans
Pro, Team and Enterprise, in the client’s settings: what each includes and what it costs.
Nothing to install and no mailbox to move. Your emails stay with your provider. To rank and search them, RLC keeps an encrypted copy of the emails in your Inbox and Sent folders from the last 90 days, plus every new one after you connect, and passes their text to a language model.
Sign in with your email, then add a mailbox with its address and an app password. The demo works without an account.
In the background, as the mail syncs, every thread is ranked, summarised and searched for tasks and deadlines.
Set the thread’s goal, pick one of up to three replies written for it, edit and send. Then mark the thread done.
Use the map, the digest and search by meaning across every mailbox you add. Ask your mail a question and get an answer, along with the threads it draws on.

No. RLC connects to the mailbox you already have over IMAP and SMTP, and there is no forwarding to set up. Your emails stay with your provider. To rank and search them, RLC keeps an encrypted copy of the emails in Inbox and Sent from the last 90 days, plus every new one after you connect.
